Break The Plateau And Lift More
This challenge is perfect for beginners, novice and intermediate weightlifters who are struggling with the snatch, whether you’re stuck at a plateau, frustrated with your technique, or simply looking to improve your lifting efficiency and strength. If you want expert feedback to take your Snatch to the next level, this challenge is for you!
You’ll learn how to master key aspects of the snatch, including grip width, bar trajectory, receiving the bar overhead, and improving mobility. With personalised video reviews and feedback, you’ll gain confidence in your technique and start increasing the numbers on the bar.
You’ll need access to a barbell and weights, PVC pipe or wooden pole. If you train at home or at a gym, you’re ready to go! The focus will be on refining your technique, so no fancy equipment is required—just a standard weightlifting setup.
After the challenge, you’ll have the option to join my remote coaching program for more personalised guidance and long-term success. The progress you make in these 14 days is just the beginning of unlocking your full potential in Olympic weightlifting!
